Gidday Mate!

Ce sera sûrement le dernier des "A Word Please" depuis Sydney. 1 année bissextile et 1 jour après être arrivé, la boucle est bouclée. Demain c’est le départ. Retour à l’envoyeur. Départ 11h du matin, atterrissage 6h40 mercredi matin à Paris. Pour l’occasion on s’est fait une journée détente à la colloc. Traversée du Harbour Bridge à pied suivie de la traditionnelle bière de célébration. A l’occasion j’ai pu ajouter un nouveau nom à ma liste des bars de Sydney: The Australian Hotel.

En rentrant, petit festin concocté maison à la sauce je-vous-raconte-pas-comme-c’est-bon, le tout couronné par un muffin double choc. Ah oui on s’est fait plaisir! Il manquerait juste un bon canap bien confort mais on l’avait déjà.

Gidday Mate!

It will probably be the last of the "A Word Please" posts from Sydney! 1 leap year and 1 day after my arrival, the circle is completed. The departure is set tomorrow 11am with an arrival time scheduled at 6:40am Western Europe time, Paris (I like action movies). For this special occasion, we had a cool day yesterday. We crossed the Harbour Bridge walking, and later celebrated it with a nice beer (of course!). And it gives me an extra name to put on my "Sydney’s bars" list: The Australian Hotel.

Back home, nice little feast with an extra layer of it’s-that-good mother of sauces, followed by a double choc masterpiece muffin. Oh yeah. Talking about zombies and stuff, we definitely had a good time.
